Flag Rugby is a non-contact version of rugby that offers a fun and interactive way for athletes of all levels to learn about and participate in the sport. U10 sessions are on Wednesday's only.

Join our Co-Ed U12 program this fall as we compete in a thrilling Rugby Sevens tournament format against teams from Eastern & Western Washington. Rugby Sevens, an Olympic Sport, is fast-paced and exciting to watch. This contact sport introduces student-athletes to safe tackle techniques and teaches them how to manage the contact area safely.

- Includes: 2024-2025 Club Dues, USA Rugby membership, Rugby Washington fees, shorts, socks, and a training top.
