Flag Rugby is a non-contact version of rugby that offers a fun and interactive way for athletes of all levels to learn about and participate in the sport.
TRY RUGBY - Free for 4 Weeks: This fall, we’re offering a unique opportunity for student-athletes who have never participated in rugby before to "TRY RUGBY" for free for 4 weeks. This program is separate from our regular registration process. Click Here To Register for "TRY RUGBY"
Full Year Registration: If you’d like to register for the full year, which includes the 4-week session in the fall and the 8-week session in the spring, the registration cost is $100 for the 2024-2025 academic year.

Join our Co-Ed U12 program this fall as we compete in a thrilling Rugby Sevens tournament format against teams from Western Washington. Rugby Sevens, an Olympic Sport, is fast-paced and exciting to watch.
This contact sport introduces student-athletes to safe tackle techniques and teaches them how to manage the contact area safely.

15-a-side rugby, as featured in the Rugby World Cup, is the traditional rugby union format. Our High School Boys team competes in weekly15's matches, both at home and away, during the Winter/Spring season.
Registration Details:
- High School Cost: $175
- Includes: Both Fall & Spring Seasons, 2024-2025 Club Dues, USA Rugby membership, Rugby Washington fees, shorts, socks, and a training top.
Additional Benefits for Registered Athletes:
- Skills Development: Registered student-athletes will have the opportunity to use the Rugby Facilities to develop their individual skills on Mondays &Wednesdays from 5:30-7:00 PM, starting September 9th through October 17th.Athletes registered for the 2024-2025 academic year can participate in the Fall Development Camps and the full Spring Season, including the new Speed &Agility training during winter.

- Speed & Agility Skills Sessions starting in January, held 2x per week in the evening. Stay tuned for more details!
